Love the 2 different shelves AND air fryer basket. It makes this unit so versatile you may never use your oven again. Heats up quickly. Love the crumb tray as well making it relatively easy to clean.

Instruction guide is woefully incomplete. Does not explain how cooking pieces work together. Most machines of this type give basic cooking times for commonly cooked foods. Do not like that temperature and time are determined with one knob.

What is with the toaster function

Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong with the toaster. In the morning, when I toast an English muffin with the setting of 2 slices and a darkness of 4 the toast come out fine. The unit says the time is 4 minutes. When I go to toast a second muffin, the same setting I get 1 minute and 40 seconds and the toast is not done at all. I have to go to 4 slices and a darkness of 7 to get 4 minutes of cook time. This is the second unit that I have had this problem with. GE replaced the first one under warranty. You would think by now they would know how to make a toaster oven. the bake and air fryer functions work correctly. Must be bad control boards and/or the processor. I would not buy again after two malfunctioning units.

Perfect size for my small kitchen. Air fry option, convection and bake options are great. Silent operation, quick cooldown too. Only thing I miss is a light but that's no problem really. Love that I don't have to turn on my range oven for single serve items. Easy to operate and keep clean.
