This toaster was given to me as a gift last year. It burns toast, bagel or anything on the lowest setting. If I didn't know my aunt was a good person I would have thought she didn't like me at all. I loved it because it was red like the decor in my kitchen. I had my $12 red toaster which I gave to my friend when I received this one.Wish I had kept it. This is a nice color and that's all

We got this 2 years ago, and have been fairly happy with it, but now the lever won’t stay down at all. This is too expensive of a toaster to have it give out on you after such a short amount of time (and of course only has a 1 year warranty!) very disappointed.

I own many Kitchenaid appliances and bought this based on their quality. I was so disappointed with it. Toast would burn up because the toaster did not pop up the toast. Took it back immediately.
