I bought this toaster last month and I’m ok with it. I used to have a similar toaster but it was digital so it was better. It had more options.

Had a good experience with our previous KitchenAid toaster (lasted over 10 years), but this one was disappointing. It practically burned toast on the lightest setting, and did so unevenly as well. A factory replacement was no better.

Our old toaster quit on us, with no warning. While researching what to buy, I came across the Kitchenaid. The reviews were good and my wife loved the red and stainless combination. We already own a red Kitchenaid 6 quart mixer, so the toaster blends in well. We both are impressed with the functions and the finished product. I would/will highly recommend.
