I was replacing my 10 year old Oster (as I am becoming a Kitchenaid snob) and found this one. I really wanted the upgraded one, but for the price and the amount of usage, this is a great toaster.

We recently had to replace another kitchen aid toaster. It had to have been over 25 years old! I guess we got our monies worth? We are very happy with the new toaster and love the bagel side being extra wide!

I BROUGHT THIS IN DECEMBER OF 2017 AND PUT BREAD IN IT AND WAS VERY PLEASED QITH THE RESULTS OF THE TOASTER. THIS TOASTER HAS A CRUMB TRAY UNDER THE BOOTTOM AND I FOUND THAT VERY CONVENIENT. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE KITCHEN AID PRODUCTS.

I hate the loud beep when the toast is done.

The loud beep when the toast pops up scares me every time. There is no need for a beeping sound, and I can not find a way to turn off. Quality seems poor because even though outside is stainless steel, lever function feels cheap.

I haven’t had the toaster long but we love it. Works great and looks really nice. As soon as we pulled it out of the package we were impressed with the looks.
