I've had my new dryer for about 2 months now. I was so excited to use the new (to me) instant refresh with perfect steam feature, purchased the special connections, etc. But I've thrown everything including folded linen tablecloths, cotton napkins, cotton pillow cases, and gently worn cotton shirts using perfect steam and the wrinkles are still there. The water connection is working, if anything, there is often a wet spot on the items after running the perfect steam option. This was my main reason for purchasing this model, otherwise I would have purchased a lower model. Also, the estimated time display to run the load is way off. It does seem to adjust as it goes as I've timed it - concerned about electric bill! But it does make it hard to know when the load should be done for planning purposes.The doors on both the dryer and washer are cheap too. No good solid click when closing like you would expect from a top brand washer and dryer. Not a fan of the folding lint cleaner either but I see some of the other brands are doing this as well. I clean it after every load. I haven't used the Allergen feature.I do like the bright light and size of the dryer. Otherwise, it's just performs like a normal dryer, which I paid too much for.

Love all the options this dryer has to offer. Drying time is quick, cuts my laundry time in half. My only complaint is my last dryer played a 10 second song when the load was done and other family members miss that. LOL

Received my dryer with a dent in the top of it. Makes a noise like there is a screw inside flopping around even when the dryer is empty. Bought it on July3rd, picked it up on the 4th, and had to call to schedule a repair visit on the 5th. Not real happy with it.
