Loud winding noise in first month of use

Purchased the washer/dryer set, washer is great, dryer started to make a loud winding noise in first month. It has been impossible to get any support from Electrolux regarding repair. They will not honor the 1yr manufacture warranty. I did register both washer and dryer online.

The dryer is awesome. I love the lint tray, the lint comes off so easy. It's so nice looking so far. I haven't had a chance to use all of the settings, it's fairly new. Ultimately very happy with my purchase.

This dryer is definitely an upgrade from my last standard whirlpool. It's quiet and has a lot of options. I wish it had a lock feature during the cycle so the power button wouldn't stop the dryer when pressed by accident or by a child in my case. Also the wrinkle reduction doesn't work half the time and sometimes the dry sense is off meaning clothes are still damp and need another cycle. It's ok but im sure there is better out there. Overall I'm happy with it for now.

We finally had replace our front load washer and dryer which were manufactured by Electrolux, but branded under a different name.Our new washer and dryer are of good quality and function as they should.My only complaints are (1) the controls seem overly complicated and should allow for more customization of settings and (2) the dryer door collects lint at the seal after each load.But they do the job and are good quality.
