I am not sure about this machine because it is very noisy, broken knob for dryer already (bought this in May 2019) and when washing a bedspread it has to be dialed to heavy or it spins out of control and I have to stop the machine and adjust the load and start all over. It is so noisy I am glad I am on the ground floor. Would not have this in the upstairs apartment.

cleans clothes well.. quiet when running .. spins them out real well so they dry in the dryer quicker.. dryer is awsome drys quick and runs quietly also..

I am fairly satisfied with the unit because it washes the clothes fine. My only issue is that sometimes it is loud and vibrates a lot during the spin cycle.

Wash tub is very deep and low...difficult removing items. Knobs feel cheap And are wonky. Overall easy to use and does a good job.
