I bought this washing machine on the recommendation of the salesperson at Grand Appliance and all of the reviews. If I would have dug further I would have found that this washing machine is known to have the bearings constantly breaking. I have had this washing machine for just over 2 years and already had the bearings and tub replaced in December 2022. It is May 2023 and the bearing are breaking again in only 5 months from moderate use. It is only me and my husband and I am careful to not overload it with too heavy of items. I called again to have this service and you think a reputable company would realize that this is a lemon and replace the entire unit. The cost of parts and labor is more than the machine is worth. Luckily, we have an extended warranty; however, this has cost me a lot of money out of pocket going to the laundromat for 2 months waiting for parts and time back in the fall and now I have to do that again. DO NOT waste your money on this machine.

The Front Load Perfect Steam⢠Washer with LuxCare® cleans our clothing very well, they even smell fresher. The front panel is very sensitive, be careful with leaning over to get something on an above shelf, if applicable. I am always changing the settings and need to readjust. The washing length seems to be much longer than my 16 year old washer that I replaced.
