My wife wanted a large capacity washer with hand wash/wool setting. This is pretty much the only one out there. Bosch makes a front load but its a compact one. Speed Queen makes a top load but it is not suitable for wool because it has an agitator and does not have Wi-Fi compatibility. This LG has all the bells and whistles including a wide selection of wash cycles Wi-Fi/Alexa/smartphone compatibility large capacity. I only wish the detergent/fabric softener drum would accommodate more loads. The warranty is a standard 1 year warranty but the drum and motor have longer warranties. This is my first front load and LG product. So far so good.

Went from top loader to front loader and couldnt be more satisfying. Technically is terrific and washing comes out so much better than top loader. Very satisfying.

I am so pleased so far with this Washing Machine. It replaced my 12 year old LG washer which I loved but this is special. It has a reservoir that hold enough detergent and softener for more than 18 loads. Its so nice to just load and set the dial and go. I love the new black steel color dark grey and the music it plays when its done.

I love the fact that the detergent dispenser holds multiple amounts and does smart dispensing. GREAT upgrade over my last machine. I also love how many load types are pre-loaded into favorites and how customizable they are for example I was able to tell it not to use softener during my exercise clothing loads.
