I have had my new Amana washer for 5 weeks now and it has not disappointed me in the least. My old machine lasted me 30 years. Everyone said the new ones will not last that long. I am confident that my new Amana will last MANY years. I am so glad this washer does not have so many "bells and whistles" that I saw in the stores. Everything it has is all ANYONE needs. Please consider this Amana.
