Just received this appliance and have been playing with the different features and use of the Smart HQ app. My washer and dryer are located in the basement, so the app is useful in alerting me when the load/dryer has completed its cycle. No longer clothes sitting wet in the washer/dryer. I am getting used to the water level since this is a high efficiency model but so far, the clothes are clean and even put in an item that had chocolate stain and it removed it.

Excellent washer !! It’s quiet and really spins the clothes dry which in return means less drying in the dryer. Love the glass top so I can look in without opening the lid.
