Bought this LG washing machine because I heard it was a great brand and the company stood behind the product. I was wrong. I have had the machine for a little over a month and their is a frayed wire coming out of the top of the drum so I cant use it and I cant get LG to service it. They claim there is no one in the area and they will work on it. In the mean time Im without a working washing machine. Extremely frustrated

This is a great washer. Why Its easy to install The washer door has the soft close feature that some high-end washer dont have The LG washer washes really good you will be impressed The price is very reasonable based on what you are getting. I highly recommend this LG washer.

My choice was guided by an outstanding review and recommendation in Consumer Reports magazine. It works like a charm. The only issue: my 51 wife cannot quite reach the clothes at the bottom of the huge tub. Who could have guessed? In any case she uses a small step-stool to be able to reach in all the way.
