My new washer was just installed 10 days ago and it never did work. The appliance repair tech assigned by Whirlpool did not show up today, didn’t bother to call or return my call. Now I have to wait another 4 days and take more time off of work, to wait for a different technician. I didn’t even get to use the washer and I spent a lot of money. I will never buy Whirlpool again.
