I bought this LG model refrigerator on 4/2021. the compressor and mother board went bad. The repair company came not to fix it but to see what was wrong and said it would take another 7-10 days to receive parts. its been 13 days since it broke down and the refrigerator is still not fixed. I also lost all my food and meats I had in the freezer.

I had to buy a new fridge to replace my aging side-by-side one. I think its great My only issue is that I was required to buy a new waterline from Home Depot that I didnt need. So I returned the line. Also the instructions clearly state that white plastic tubing must not be used but thats what I had existing. When I called LG about this they preferred I used what I had existing. So it was a little confusing why they told me something different than what was published. Overall a great fridge. I just miss my exterior water dispenser on the old one.

Never thought I could love an appliance but I do. I have limited mobility due to a fused neck having line of sight in fridge and looking down into freezer has made my life so much better
