We purchased this 33 wide black stainless product 2 months ago and it was delivered a month ago. Easy to hook up the water supply for the ice maker which comes with an internal water filter. The filter is easy to get to for replacement and one came with - so ready to go Started making ice perfectly in a few hours and hasnt stopped since. We needed to switch the door swing from left to right. A door hardware kit comes with to accomplish this. And while it is not a quick process it is one most homeowners should be able to do with patience and the enclosed directions. The fridge is on rollers which makes it easy to place but you can then extend the rubber feet next to the rollers which lock it in place - genius Plenty of room inside- adjustable shelves and movable trays make unique items workable. Assuming nothing weird happens in the next few years which we have found with LG is an unlikely event then a full 5 star rating is fully earned

I waited a year and a half for this model to be stocked. During pandemic product stock was low. It was worth the wait Plenty of room and bottom freezer is so great because it lifts the fridge space to access items more easily. No unnecessary bells and whistles on front door which need cleaning out and makes a sleek look. Whole fam loves this appliance

We started using our LG about 2 weeks ago..I love the look the lighting and the drawers..what I dont like is the sound when running 90 of the time it sounds like a roar. The serviceman came out and put insulation around the motor. It is still a roar. I wish the salesman had been more honest he said it is so quiet you wont know its running.
