All I can say is that over the past three months, this chest freezer has performed flawlessly. We also purchased three other Frigidaire appliances 11 yrs ago and they too still work flawlessly. Overall, Frigidaire make a great product.

Freezer comes with two. Weâd like two more, but at $70 each, we arenât buying any. Great freezer and nice controls. Iâll make my own baskets at that price.

We have had this chest freezer for about three weeks and so far it is doing exactly what a freezer should do, keeping food frozen. The only thing that I would change is to go back in time and have wire baskets again instead of plastic baskets the feel flimsy.

Purchased this 19.8 cu ft chest freezer a few months ago. We are happy with it. It is heavy duty. The lid is heavy and seals well. The motor and cord are on the right side which was backwards from our last freezer. We have been unable to find any dividers for this freezer. It does come with 2 baskets. It sets on casters. One side locks. We would purchase again.
