Part missing from Ice Maker kit

I bought the ice maker kit (IM117000) per the recommendation for my 30" wide refrigerator, however spacer 5304520537 is missing from the kit. The ice maker will not work without this spacer. We keep getting the run around.

I just moved into a place that came with a fridge and this ice maker. The ice maker is pretty much set up, except there is a sort of lever that is separated and next to it. I have been unable to make ice thus far. Where/how should I attach this lever? And is there an on/off button?

I have a question about this ice maker. I bought a FFHT1835VBO Frigidaire and Iâm disappointed that the freezer isnât lit. I need a flashlight to see what I have in the freezer. I have a IM117000 ice maker that will be installed when the people I bought it from can find one. Does the ice maker have a built-in light or do I need to keep my flashlight nearby.?

I recently bought this ice maker for my new Frigidaire top freezer refrigerator.Iâve never seen a longer harvest cycle in an ice machine and Iâm in the business over 35yrs.Furthermore no automatic shutoff arm ?Iâm hoping the manufacturer has answers or it will be going back

I purchased the ice maker along with my top freezer refrigerator. The fridge I purchased is great. It has the recessed handles and looks so sleek. I do have an issue with the ice maker. It seems the ice turns into one big ice cube. With a few loose one on top. It makes a lot,of ice. Do I just need to put the ice maker button to off, when bin is particularly full. I donât use that much ice. I probably would of been fine with just ice cube trays. But since water line was already there. I figured why not...thanks
