I agree that these filters are VERY difficult to install. As DAVE011 commented I have to remove the top two shelves in my fridge in order to get enough leverage to twist the new filter into place. Its been this way from day one weve owned our fridge for over 3 years now. Ive actually had the adapter up in the ceiling of the fridge twist out and I was afraid I wouldnt be able to get it back in...
