The whole process of ordering and installing of the LG Water Filter was as easy as Ive ever experienced. The installation was made easy because of LGs design and the location of the Water Filter. Our LG refrigerator water and air filter indicators came on and I had to order replacements for the first time. The LG website made it easy to determine the correct filters required and provide the price for single multiple and subscription ordering. We chose the 3-pack supply which should last for the next year and a half. The order process was simple and it was shipped and arrived within the week. Refrigerator is great. The freezer is easy to organize and roomy. Ice maker leave a lot to be desired. The capacity is small. But we knew that going in. The problem is that ice slightly thaws when you open the door. When it freezes it creates a big ice ball that wont drop to be dispensed. You have to open it up break the ball up and get it to drop. A major pain in the rear.
