I am on the scheduled 6 mos replacement for this filter for my fridge its wonderful. Cant complain. Comes well packaged so I know its clean. I had ordered from a discount site before I returned because it looks like it was used not sanitized Never again.

When I signed up for this it was supposed to be every 6 months but they were sending them to me every 3 months. I tried to change this on the website and got caught in a loop. I called several times to get it changed to no avail. Finally I canceled it.
