After a lot of research I ordered this freezer. It was not the one consumer reports recommended, but I am happier with this one. It has sturdy wire metal shelves that won't break (a lot of new ones have glass or plastic shelves). It has a green light to let me know its working, and - my favorite feature - the door automatically closes if its within a few inches. My old freezer didn't have this feature and the door frequently didn't close all the way, causing food damage. It's on wheels which makes it easy to move for cleaning underneath it. I've had this freezer for over a month and it works perfectly. I'm very happy with it!
