We switched from our old deep freezer to this upright. It takes up less floor space but I especially appreciate that I can see what items we have now. With a deep freeze, many things stated buried but with the upright, everything is easily seen and accessible. I also like the little display on front simply because I can see that there’s power to it.

This upright fGE Freezer has great storage space. Easy to see items when needed. Safety features are wonderful such as door left open and notifications with digital control. Light when door is open is nice and bright. GE has designed this freezer with consumer in mind.

With 3 storage drawers this freezer allows me to keep things orderly and easy to find. I LOVE the fact that it is guaranteed to keep food cold for 48 hours in the event of a power outage. It looks sleek and classy and is easy to maintain

So far, so good. After a couple weeks of use in a hot garage, this garage ready freezer keeps food frozen without issue. The controls on the outside are easy to see and use. The interior has a lot of flexibility - shelf and drawer adjustments and positioning.
