My only complaint so far is that you have to open both doors to the refrigerator to open the bottom tray. It has so much more room than my side by side did, though. We are really enjoying it.

Love how quietly it is when running & how easy it is for me to get to things in fridge & freezer. Only issue is the freezer drawer handle broke off 12 days after refrigerator was installed.
