Very flexible with the shelving. The water dispenser is a little awkward. If the spout were a little longer it would be easier to fill a glass.

We had an older version of this model which we liked overall. This newer model seems cheaply made. The bottom shelf holds minimal weight before it begins to bow. The shelf arrangement is awkward and limiting. I like the bottom freezer design and the water dispenser inside is nice but overall it seems average at best.

When my new fridge was delivered, it started leaking from the second day. I called Home Depot where it was purchased & was given the opportunity to have a repair man come or get another new fridge or return it. I chose to return it for several reasons beside the leak. The design is flawed. When trying to open the right vegetable drawer, the left fridge door has to be opened. What? The drawers go in & out very smoothly. The ice maker continues to push out ice even if the freezer drawer is open & the ice drops behind the drawer. The deli drawer can only be opened fully if the 2 french doors are open past 90 degrees. That is a problem for me as one side is against a wall & the door can only open 90 degrees. The doors have to be pushed closed very firmly or they hang open. The interior lighting is very bright & actually a very nice feature. All in all, it just wasn't for me. I went back to a Samsung french door fridge that is just designed better.

Photo color texture is deceiving

The doors are glossy but the sides are textured and matte looking. The photo makes the front and sides look the same, all look matte/dull/textured. I expected it to look like the photo. But reading the specs it says “color appearance” is high-gloss and further down the list says “textured steel case”...though I don’t think I would have realized what that meant. I didn’t want high gloss, but it’s here and installed and so I will keep it. It is otherwise a nice frig except for the somewhat high pitched, but light, humming sound it makes. If you don’t have an additional freezer or deep freeze, you may need one as this doesn’t provide a lot of freezer space. Love the refrigerator portion though!
