Have a 9 month old LG refrigerator both ice makers dont work and have been waiting over a week to hear back from LGs service department. Pretty pathetic

I bought this LG on July 21 2022. Have had three calls for the same problem. Asked for replacement. Refused by LG. Purchased this because of Consumers Report recommendation. Will advise Consumers of this horrible experience. I now have to buy ice for this product. Please review my files. Will never recommend this refrigerator.

Have had for 6+ months ... enjoying the layout of the top French doors and bottom freezer which was a primary reason for our purchase. Fridge space is great the only challenge is for taller bottles which end up using the sliding shelf but then the block access to things behind it. Freezer space is a bit more challenging to use. The most significant annoyance is that both ice makers have stopped working and needed to be reset using some not-so-easy to find process. But when they are working things are good..
