I purchased my fridge in Nov of 22. It started with problems late January. A tech could not come out till the beginning of March. No problem I was patient. After the ice maker couldnt be repaired after service calls the freezer went out. It has been about 3 - 5 service calls and the unit is not working. Management still has not contacted me about a return or replacement.

after a few months the main ice maker gets stopped up and you have to remove the bin to push the ice down. The craft ice maker is very cool but only makes 3 balls in 24 hours then it stopped working two months ago. Ive opened 4 support cases and LG keeps closing the case each time. The support is bad

Needs to be DEFROSTED once a year. Runs constantly we have lost a lot of food. Called LG several times no help. We were told that thats one problem we have with this model Then send me a NEW refrigerator? This is HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE

Our 9 month old unit has had the ice maker and fans replaced. And now requires a manual defrost 16 hours lost in usage with no compensation for the hundreds of dollars worth of spoiled food. Save yourself the aggravation
