Only owned it about a week but so far it’s great. I like that it’s wide but not too deep so everything is easy to reach and nothing gets lost in the back of fridge. Love the ice and water and the sleek look of it. I like the big sturdy door shelves that I can fit my gallon jugs and also two liters of soda in. The shelves and drawers are nice and feel sturdier then ones I’ve had in the past. I hope I get a lot of years out of this fridge but so far so food!

So, I'd had my Kenmore fridge for almost 23 years before it gave out and I was looking for a similar experience. I figured I would try the maker of the Kenmore brand, Whirlpool. So far I'm happy with everything. It fits perfectly in the space and I wanted the ice in the door. I can easily get ice from the pull down container from the inside. The refrigerator section has plenty of space as well as the freezer section. One thing. I opted to buy 2 shelves for the freezer after delivery. Don't know what that's about.

Wasted space inside with large light fixtures. While bigger by 2 cubic feet, our last refrigerator held more food. Temperature is hard to regulate: the refrigerator side often freezes food.

Bought this fridge from NFM less than 3 years ago. Ice maker is door is a BAD IDEA, it stopped producing ice. Have an extended warranty thru Assurant, they send Contractor to fix. The wires at the bottom on the door were frayed, they replaced the door and it's never worked right since. NOW, we're on our 4th service call, the fridge portion stopped cooling & the freezer's back wall is iced over. NOW we have leave it off for 48 hours and let it defrost. We've lot a whole lot of food over this and we are NOT HAPPY with this product. Don't waste your money on an extended warranty thru Assurant. It's bull that it says: "If we can't fix it, we'll replace it." NOT TRUE, the Contractor verified today that they never replace. I'll never buy another Whirlpool fridge and NEVER one with ice in the door again!
