At around 6 months of having this, the ice maker stopped producing ice regularly. It would produce very slowly. So I decided to replace the water filter as you should every 6 months anyway. It started producing more ice. Fast forward a few more months and the ice maker isnât producing again. It holds the ice in the tray and wonât dump it. There is nothing blocking it from dumping as I can hit the reset button in it and it immediately dumps it. I do hear it dump ice occasionally but itâs very seldom. Most of the time I check it and there is frozen ice in the tray and I have to manually make it dump. This is very irritating. The rest of the fridge works fine. Itâs a nice machine with the ice maker exception. Going to have to file a warranty request after having it less than 12 months.

We purchased this refrigerator on 9/25/2021 for a total price of $1596.48 from Lowes and have had nothing but issues with it. We have had one warranty claim call through Frigidaire and two out of warranty calls on it in 14 months. No one can seem to figure out what is making it make this ridiculously loud knocking sound because it always stops before a technician can get here to look at it. Last time it happened, it started and stopped, it started beeping with a high temp warning. But of course, by the time a technician got here it had started cooling again and there was no knocking sound. Iâve told them every time that it sounds like a fan motor is locking up on it but have been told they canât do anything if they canât hear it. It is, in my opinion, a piece of junk and regret buying it! When I purchased it, I was under the impression that I was getting a quality product but guess I was wrong. The Frigidaire warranty is only for 1 year so guess Iâm out more money for a new fridge ??. I have a video of the noise it is making right now but can only upload it through YouTube apparently. Buyer beware of this piece of junk!

This model apparently has trouble running on a gfi circuit. Says it in the troubleshooting section of the manual. If your kitchen has all gfi cats then consider another model
