I bought this Refrigerator a month ago to replace a Samsung which had a lot of issues. Very happy with the Whirlpool. It is much quieter than the Samsung, the ice is smaller so it makes ice faster to keep up with heavy demands, and although the cubic feet size is a bit smaller that our Samsung, it seems bigger on the inside. The only issue is that you have to fight with the second veggie drawer to pull it out and also the shelves are not adjustable. We got the Stainless black which is really nice. I don't like black and I don't like stainless because of the fingerprints, this is a great combination of both. Really happy with it. We will be replacing our other appliances to match as soon as they come out with an insert oven in this color - hopefully soon!

Hard to put ice bend back in proper place. Hard to line up, especially when it is full. Should be tested by R&D, until it is perfected.

I bought this a week ago and although I love the set up of the inside, this refrigerator is very loud and it runs almost non stop. Had I not got a great deal on it, I would definitely return it. Wish I had read reviews first!

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT IN MY LIFETIME!!!!!!! If I could I would rate this fridge and Whirlpool’s repair and customer service a NEGITIVE 100. My wife and my self purchased this refrigerator on 6/2/19. On 6/16/19 we noticed that it was not cooling as should, we called into set up a repair service call only to find out that we had to wait until 6/20/19 to have a service tech come out to look at the refrigerator. When the service person came out to look at it he stated that it needed a sensor??? And that they would have to wait until the evaporator thawed out to replace the sensor. We had to reschedule another tech on the following Monday 6/24/19 to replace the part. 8 days after the refrigerator stoped cooling. Now fast forward 2 weeks and now we have the exact same issue, what ever was fixed did not correct the issue. We had to call back into Whirlpool to make a set up another service call . We have to wait 5 more days until a service tech can come out to recheck the issue. Whirlpool offered no other assistance. If I could I would return this defective unit and by a different brand of refrigerator. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT IN MY LIFETIME!!!!!!! I will make sure that I let everyone I know that I would never recommend a Whirlpool product!!
