We purchased the matching set of built-in freezer and refrigerator about two years ago. They look great and with the trim kit give a really nice professional high end appearance. Within the first year the freezer had a malfunction and was not repairable. Fortunately, it was still covered under the warranty so Electrolux replaced it at no cost. About a year and a half after we got the refrigerator it too had a problem that was not repairable. Since we did not purchase the extended warranty, we had no choice but to buy a new refrigerator. After multiple calls and lots of complaining that they sold us a $4000 refrigerator that was disposable. Electrolux did offer a significant discount on our purchasing a new one. When the units are working, they do work well. Unfortunately, in our instances, when something went wrong, it was catastrophic. Electrolux and their distributors should let people know this and let them know purchasing the extended warranty is a necessity if they buy one of these units.

Just replaced our older model with the newer model. Love the interior water dispenser! Shelving and lighting is also better than the previous model. Very pleased with our purchase!

Either I got a dud or Standard TV installed it incorrectly but itâs leaking. Took two tries to fix. I do like the water feature. Now dealing with Standard TV for water damage to my floors and base board.
