Our new refrigerator seems to be working very well, but the plastic strip that is located on the bottom door at the top is cracked. I am going to contact customer service as the refrigerator is still under warranty.

Iâm not sure why or when the few Minor dents happened, but my brand new refrigerator was delivered with maybe 2 noticeable dents (one on top side and other on freezer door). I donât believe it impacts the functionality of appliance but still I was a little disappointed

We purchased this new 20 cubic foot Frigidaire Top Freezer model to replace our 35 year old Frigidaire Side by Side witch was a great fridge.The new one seems to have more storage even though itâs a smaller model by 2 cubic feet. Better organized drawers and freezer compartment. Excellent lighting inside and Energy Star rated for low energy consumption. Stylish without handles it looks great. Could not be happier with this purchase. Five Stars and highly recommended!

Very excited to have a freezer that I can see what's inside at any time. My former freezer was a box style and I never knew what was on the bottom! We are able to keep it in the garage which is very convenient for us.

I had this refrigerator delivered today and had the doors reversed. I now have 3 holes on the top right hand side of my freezer where the screws were removed. Are there clips, tape or additional screws that the installer should have used? I went back to the store I bought it from and was told that their floor models come in with tape over the open holes.
