Had to call for a repair crew because left leveler would not move and product couldnt level. Repair person struggled to finally get leveler to move. Appeared to resolve problem initially but now still having problem getting doors to close by themselves.

Failed in one year and three repair visits didnt fix. Communications not so good. Many hours and inconvenience. Saying I dont qualify for a refund even though its under warranty?

We were in the market for a new refrigerator and had considered many brands and sizes. This fits perfect in our kitchen and has ample room for our garden produce. The crispers are fantastic More than enough freezer space for ice and meat. The best purchase we have made in a long time

Ive had this unit for 9 months now. Worked great until month 8 when the fan quit working. LG fixed it but LG does not make it easy to create a warranty call. A real pain
