We bought this fridge to replace a 20 year old garage side-by-side fridge. We did not need any water or ice features so it fit the bill perfectly. The delivery and installation went very smooth. The unit holds all of our goods and still has room. I would recommend it to anyone who needs an extra fridge or just a simple one in the house. Our main fridge in the house is a large French door LG model which has been an excellent unit so we stayed with the same manufacturer.

I bought this item less than a year ago and Im already having problems. The three green dots on the right light up on the thermostat rather than the left. I also noticed that the fridge was never cold but only cool. I would try to reset the thermostat but it would go back. Food started spoiling and I tried troubleshooting several ways from the website so I scheduled a service request after exhausting all options. The first service request was canceled by LG cause they said I can troubleshoot myself despite me doing that already. Second request the technician came but I only received one part in the mail rather than the needed two parts. The third request I received cancellation from the technician. He said hell come another day and here I am two weeks after the initial request surviving on the freezer and pantry. I will not be purchasing another LG product for a long time.

This refrigerator is both attractive and practical All LG products are high on my list when I look for quality items. The sleek outer design drew me to this one and after looking at the inside I was sold It is roomy the set-up of the shelving meets all of my familys needs. I recommend this model LG products when you want good dependable products at good fair prices

Ive had this fridge for about 3 months now and I have no complaints. It doesnt have an ice maker but thats OK. I rarely am in need of one anyway.
