My grandfather bought this tv in October of 2022. he has had issues with the display ever since and hasnt gotten to actually use it more than 3 or 4 times. I have had my cable provider hotwire come to the house 6 times and I have spent over two hours trying to manage it. no one can figure out the issue. Best Buy will not take it back because it has been over 3 months... I have spent close to 5 hours on the phone with your customer service department and been told so many different things. I have been run through different test in multiple attempts to get it working over the phone. I have sent pictures of the device to you guys. I have been told that you would send a technician to the house to check on it... ALL I WANT TO DO AT THIS POINT IS RETURN IT AND GET A DIFFERENT TV I AM NOT SURE WHY IT IS SUCH A DIFFICULT TASK. IT HAS BEEN OVER 5 MONTHS most recently over two weeks ago i was told that i can ship the tv to you guys and we could further escalate this matter that way. I was told I would receive a shipping label via email... I HAVE YET TO GET SAID SHIPPING LABEL. Again I dont even want this tv anymore. I want to return it for a full refund. No one ever got to enjoy it and every day that passes without this issue resolved is another disappointing day. Everything is in perfect condition. I need a shipping label. I need to send you the TV. I need a refund. This is getting ridiculous. I was even given a repair ticket number to check on the status but again I have yet to hear back from anyone so the number seems pointless. I am going to include it however so you have reference. The number is RNN230230060935. This needs to be taken care of immediately and as one of the leaders in the tech industry you have no excuse for why it wont be. Thank you I look forward to hearing back.

Bought this TV cause it Has Alexa Compatibility. Well it doesnt. I have tried on my own and thru your chat and in actual talking on the phone. Could not get our Echo Dot to work with the TV. Last comments from the technician were We have a problem and I will have to talk to someone. His name was Andre and he never called me back. This call was on a Friday Mar 10th and he was to call me back the next day. Still can not control the TV with our Amazon Alexa Echo Dot.
