Ive had this television for only a couple of weeks now but I am really enjoying it. Its very easy to use and the quality of the picture and sound is awesome. There are lots of apps to get you quickly connected to the things you enjoy most which adds to an even greater experience. I definitely recommend this product to anyone in the market looking for a set similar to this one.

I bought this TV recently and was so excited to use the built in Alexa a key feature I was looking for when buying a TV. Little did I know that although they advertise it as an Alexa compatible TV and all of the photos in the manual explain how to use it you have to buy the remote separately. I cannot believe what poor customer service and value this is and am very disappointed by these extra hidden fees that are not advertised. If you advertise a TV as an Alexa compatible devise you should ensure that when someone buys that TV it does what it says without having to buy more of your products. Very disappointed in LG.

I bought this tv for use as a bedroom tv back when Best Buy had it on sale. I stupidly parked it because I was moving in a few months. Well I finally move and open the tv up I start noticing cracks on the upper portion of the tv. Tried getting a hold of LG for a warranty fix. No response from them. Its been multiple weeks and nothing. Its sad because I do like my 55 inch LG Smart tv in the living room but seeing how they treat customers after this purchase I recommend people should stay away from their TVs or at the least check them out right away when you get home. Now Im stuck with a broken tv and no response from the manufacturer even if Id offer to pay and try to get it fixed to be a useable tv.
