Ordered from Amazon for prime day. Easy to set up. I think the picture looks great I mostly use this tv for my PS5 the real test will be when football season starts and Im watching live events.

The quality of the picture is really good with this model however I am not at all impressed with the remote control. Simply put it is not user friendly. The design and layout features are all wrong. The shape of the remote makes it difficult to point towards the TV when youre holding it the thinner front slopes downward and is at the wrong angle making it uncomfortable to hold and point. Because of this poor design I feel that the TV doesnt always recognize the remote therefore causing a serious delay in response time. Had I been able to hold and try out the remote along with the TV while it was on display I dont think I wouldve purchased this model yes it is that annoying.

I bought this last month along with a Geek Squad service to install it and upgrade my system. My only disappointment is with so many features and options I wish user instructions were included as hunting around and trying different options is time consuming and frustrating.
