Since my new desktop Mac does not have an optical drive I decided to add an external one for cd / dvd access. Not everything is downloadable online. The device worked perfectly out of the box by attaching to one of the Mac ports sipped is great and functionally working as designed.

I bought this product in February 2022 it worked very well until July 2022. Worked with customer support unit was not responding. Customer service supposed to send me an email with a return address to send unit back for exchange. Still waiting.
