Bought this due need for downdraft ventilation. Cooktop works great. Ventilation is good but do have keep the vent area and filter clean after every use to keep odors for accumulating

It will take some getting used to. I have burned so many things, having it set on low. I don't understand why the burners are are so hot. I have never had a glass top, so I think after a while I will figure it out. It's very different from cooking on coils.
