After only a few uses, the top is scratched up. I had a previous cooktop for 20 years and never got scratched. How can they put out a product that scratches so easily. What a horrible product.

This cook top is only 2 1/2 months old and has a scratch on one of the burners!. We had a Jenn Air for 10 years prior to this one and never had a problem. After such a short time I would expect more from KitchenAid than just being told it is a cosmetic issue! Poor quality and bad customer service
