We bought this for our new kitchen remodel. We had a Jenn-Air cooktop, but this KitchenAid is so much better. Very happy with this one.

Knobs bases took off and cooktop ceramic glass is burned by inside, no voice or writing diagnosis at all, just the service company is going to change the knobs. I bought this product based on the quality that they say have, changing my old Jenn-Air for the Kitchen Aid, but I see it was a mistake. Looks like a poor quality cooktop I wish I could change it for other brand

I bought a KitchenAid 30” downdraft cooktop after doing a lot of research, watching YouTuve videos, talking to salesmen at stores and brand maker staff. I decided on a Kitchen Aid because it’s beautiful! It cleans up beautifully and I use a scrubber that doesn’t scratch the surface. The downdraft has excellent flow. Good flexibility in adjusting temperatures of heating. I’m so glad I purchased it.
