I am a restaurant owner/chef and bake lots of sourdough bread at home. I love this oven and use the temperature probe feature to monitor the inner temperature of the bread. It will shut the oven off at 200 degrees. Ive had all the other brands of ovens over the years, and this Bosch is the best.

after only 4 months we started getting an electrical smell when we started the oven. It no longer heats at all and we have been waiting two months for parts...not happy

The combo oven is elegant with a good finish. The following area need improvements: - Poor user manual: Need a better user manual to utilize the Microwave & Oven to its fullest potential, especially around why & how the convection oven works, so that we can decide on when to use the microwave+convection vs. just using the microwave. - The Microwave Oven door hinges from the bottom, which takes away the space in the front and affects the accessibility to the microwave tray -- it increases the reach by another 14-16". - The 'cooling' fans are quite loud when on, even when the microwave and/or the oven is off. The sound of the cooling fan 'drowns' out the finish beep. - The display brightness can be brighter, as it becomes difficult to read when there is a lot of light in the room.
