Leaking when in fridge

I bought this months ago and I’m fed up with it leaking in the fridge, the spout leaks when it’s in the fridge but ok when the maker is on the counter at room temperature. The seal inside the spout must be shrinking in cold temp which results in the coffee leaking out all over the inside of the fridge. There should be a new replacement or redesigned spout at no charge. People spent good money believing in this product so Kitchen aide needs to step up!
