I bought this 4 months ago, and I think this is the best cold brew maker I’ve ever bought, it is beautiful can carry the perfect amount of coffee or tea and it’s extremely easy to use and clean

I bought this last summer and was so excited to use it. Love cold brew but it leaked the first time all over my fridge. Thinking the valve wasn't tight I tried again. Mess all over fridge. Put it away and didnt use for awhile. Should have returned. Spent too much for something I really could have done in a plain old pitcher. Only brew over sink if it doesnt leak. Came home today and it had leaked half of the contents into the sink. My husband said this was such a waste of money and he was right. Feeling foolish for spending so much on this item. I expected it to be good since it was kitchen aid.

I bought this 6 weeks ago and it is fantastic!! I wish they would've put a more detailed recipes in with this product. I had to go online to find the recipe. The Cold Brew is delicious and the drinks I have made are better than our local fancy coffee shops!!

I prefer this cold coffee maker as it is compact and easy to clean and the valve for the pour spout is much more robust than the other brand I had for 2 years. I prefer the glass to plastic as well.
