This Kettle is amazing. It's like jewelry for the counter. I ordered the pearl white to match my other kitchenaid products. Love it! The water is always perfectly warmed due to temp setting. I look forward to having my favorite tea. Excellent product. It's a bit pricey but absolutely worth it. Good job Kitchenaid.

I received this kettle for Christmas, 2015. I really love it, it's exactly what I asked for. I make 3-4 large thermos cups of hot tea each day, and in the summer, 2 half gallons of brewed iced tea, every day. There seems to be some wires loose in the plug, however, and i have to fight with it every morning to get it to stay on. Do i need to return it to KitchenAid, or the place where it was purchased?

I've had this tea pot for over a month now and it's been a joy to use. It heats the water quickly and keeps it hot over several cups of tea. If you love a good cup of tea, I'd highly recommend purchasing this pro-line series electric kettle.

I use this kettle a LOT. Being in CA I even use it to boil water to do small amounts of dishwashing. I've had it since it first came out (few years). At the time I was not a tea drinker and thought I wouldn't have much use for it, but now it is indispensable. That said, it may be ending it's life. Searching to find any kind of troubleshooting stuff here, but not so lucky, so if someone could help, that would be great.

Not only does it look great but it is also functions well. The best part of the kettle is the fact that the temperature can be adjusted and it chimes once it has reached the desired temperature. Too bad there is no Pro Line long 2 slot toaster to match the kettle.
