I bought it online and had a problem with one of the beaters falling. I called the service dept and they the sent me a new one and all is good, The rep was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I upgraded from a seven speed to this nine speed recently. I love the additional speeds, the wire whisk and the mixing tool. Everything about this mixer screams quality. And the color - candy apple red is gorgeous. Excellent purchase!

I bought it 2 months ago to replace my 20 old Kitchen Aid 3 speed hand mixer . New one works great. Only have used the regular beaters. Don’t know if I need the rest.
