I bought a KitchenAid hand mixer again because my first one was the best. I'm getting used to this one. The beaters are designed differently. The swivel cord is different, don't know if I like that or not; will get used to it. I rarely use the attachments. Too new to give a better review at this time.

I bought this mixer thinking that it would have more power and be a big improvement over my older model KitchenAid hand mixer. This is not the case. Even though it is called a “9-speed” hand mixer, I do not detect any difference in the highest power level compared to the older mixer - just more increments in between, which don’t actually amount to much.

I'm really glad I chose this mixer. It is so incredibly quiet and easy to use. No problems shifting to a higher speed. The controls are easily within your reach while you are mixing. It was a great purcvhase at a great price!

I bought this a couple months ago. I love it for the most part. Only thing I don't like is, It's not powerful enough for some items. I bought for the immersion attachment and it doesn't work the best because of the speed, especially blending eggs. Otherwise I love it and it works well for everything else i've used it for.
