I bought this hand mixer about a month ago and have been very pleased with it. I like the soft start feature as it works really well when combining dry ingredients before adding liquids. I use it for baking as well as for indian cooking. Makes really good batter of gram flour thats tough specially when the batter has to be thick for bhajiya. I also liked how quiet it is even on high speeds and how smoothly it works even on tough thick mixtures. It comes with all attachments that i really liked. Its a good deal if you are looking to buy those attchments separately. the dough hooks included are nice addition. I use it for making quick small portions of dough for my chapatis. The blending rod is good for light jobs like making banana / mango shakes. Overall I’m really happy with the hand mixer and highly recommend it.
