We remodeled our Kitchen, got new major appliances and the mixer I had was small and very old, so I purchased the Kitchenaid tilt head mixer. INITIALLY i had problems with adjusting the beaters lower so Kitchenaid sent me a brand new replacement immediately. It too needed the beaters adjusted but had no problem in doing so. Havent used the new one yet but cant wait to try it for my Thanksgiving meal.
