Took a pasta making class in July. Teacher had all Kitchenaid gadgetry. I was in love with Kitchenaid half hour into class. I now make fresh pasta weekly. Because of the holidays and baking I’ll happily be using my newest toy a couple a times a week very soon.

I wasn't much of a baker until I got this mixer. Now it seems that I am baking at last once a week. Mixer is easy to use and the bowl capacity it large enough for what I do.
