I made my first ever cheesecake and used my new first ever kitchen aide to do it. It was an incredible success!!! My husband is already asking me to make another one. I never owned one before because I never had enough counter space to keep it out before but I do now and I love it!!!

I have waited a long time for a KitchenAid mixer, and I am thrilled to finally be an owner! Heavy duty, beautiful color, quiet while operating, strong mixing action for a tilt-head. The only drawback is the stainless bowl is a little thin. Afraid it won't hold up, but counting on KitchenAid to always carry replacement parts!
